Decent Internet included & parking included. Not sure why that should cost more when the room easily sleeps four. Charged $30 resort fee, & $30 extra for a 3rd person in our room. These supposed included things were NOT communicated to us at check-in & website did not disclose either. No housecleaning service, no coffeemaker or bottled water or plastic drinking cups in room. We understand that we are in a very fluid situation and are consistently looking for ways to improve our protocols and processes. Lastly, we do also offer non-smoking gaming on the East end of our casino. Eating, drinking and smoking are now limited to designated areas away from main walkways.

Additionally, Table Games is now non-smoking and we have recently revoked the ability to smoke, eat or drink while walking. This will include, but is not limited to, walking the property and reminding guests and Team Members to properly wear face coverings, social distance, handing out hand sanitizer, alcohol wipes and actively disinfecting slot machines.

We have recognized the issues regarding face coverings and have since implemented a Sycuan Safety Agent team that will be enforcing our health & sanitation protocols moving forward. Thank you for taking the time to leave us feedback.
